Saudi Aramco’s profits jump by 90.3% to 181.6 billion riyals in the second quarter of 2022 on an annual basis | Corporate News

Saudi Aramco’s net profit amounted to 181.64 billion Saudi riyals ($48.44 billion) in the second quarter of 2022, an increase of 90.26% compared to the same period in 2021, when profits amounted to 95.47 billion Saudi riyals.

Revenues rose in the second quarter of 2022 to 562.07 billion Saudi riyals, following recording 312.35 billion riyals in the same quarter of last year, an increase of 79.95%.

Aramco recorded profits in the first half of 2022 amounting to 329.67 billion riyals ($ 87.91 billion), an increase of 86.35% compared to the same period last year, when profits amounted to 176.91 billion riyals.

Earnings per share in the first half of this year amounted to 1.44 Saudi riyals, compared to 0.77 in the same period last year.
