Mr Ducrot, how often have you had to be insulted as “Big Brother” in recent weeks because you want to monitor people in the train stations with cameras?
Often, but I’m used to criticism. We never intended to monitor customers. We took a very close look at the benefits of the customer frequency measurement system in the group management, discussed at length what exactly we want and have now made a decision.
