A 15-year-old boy from Scharnstein broke the law several times on Tuesday: The youngster had consumed drugs, stolen his friend’s tuned moped, and was in a chase with the police. The reason for his escape: He does not have a driver’s license.
Around 6 p.m., the officers became aware of the moped driver. When they tried to stop the boy, he increased his speed and rode the moped to a dirt road. There he threw the stolen vehicle over a hedge, ran away and hid in the forest. The police mightn’t find him for the time being, which is why the 15-year-old went home to change.
The police meanwhile secured the moped. Shortly therefollowing, an emergency call came in. “A 15-year-old reported that his friend of the same age stole his moped,” the executive said on Wednesday. In this way, the fugitive, who was not fit to drive according to the rapid drug test, might be investigated. The 15-year-old has to reckon with several ads.
