Cultural spokesman and chairman of the cultural committee in the Vienna City Council Gerhard Schmid is dismayed by the death of Christian Ehalt
Vienna (OTS/SPW-K) – As cultural spokesman for the Vienna SPÖ and chairman of the cultural committee, Gerhard Schmid, cultural spokesman and chairman of the cultural committee in the Vienna City Council, expresses his deep sadness at the loss of Dr. Christian Ehalts. “Dr. “Christian Ehalt was a pillar of Viennese science and a visionary spirit who made unimaginable contributions to Vienna as a science location and to the promotion of a cosmopolitan culture,” says Schmid with conviction.
“Dr. Ehalt was a pioneer in cultural analysis and design. He made a significant contribution to connecting academic work with the public sector, which significantly enriched the city of Vienna’s cultural development. His outstanding commitment as the founder of the Vienna Lectures and his passion for supporting young scientists have made him an anchor for many young Viennese scientists.
