SDG3. Solunion Health and Wellness Month Ends

Solunion has celebrated its Health and Wellness Month in Mayduring which it has launched various workshops and activities to contribute to the physical and emotional well-being of all its people, the Solunioners.

Among other initiativesthe Solunioners have been able to undergo eye examinations in the offices, participate in laughter therapy, sleep improvement or smoking cessation workshops, as well as attend yoga classes and talks on sports and nutrition. Likewise, “Choose Living Better” was presented, the new platform that, thanks to the collaboration with Fundación MAPFRE, makes multiple contents on health and well-being available to you.

Also, for a few months, Weekly face-to-face training sessions are held from Solunion’s Madrid office together with the triathlete Alejandro Santamaría, founder of the platform trientrenos, from which the Solunioners can access exercise plans, nutritional advice and book consultations with Carlos Mancebo, a Trientrenos nutritionist who comes to the office every Tuesday.

Celebrating Health and Wellness Month is part of Solunion’s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)especially SDG3 Health and Well-being, to guarantee a healthy life and healthy habits for all the people who are part of the company.
