Sebastian Vettel (Aston Martin) talked about his enthusiasm for the 2022 F1 Japan GP.
Sebastian Vettel has won four races at Suzuka Circuit. In 2011 he won the title at Suzuka Circuit. For Vettel, who has announced his retirement from F1 at the end of this season, this year will be his “last Suzuka” in F1.
“Suzuka is a fantastic circuit, in fact my favorite on the whole calendar,” said Vettel.
“I have so many special memories of this place. The track is just a special place and the fans are just amazing.”
“Overall, the atmosphere feels like magic. This place is a big challenge and it’s very satisfying when you put together a perfect lap.”
“It’s hard to predict exactly how we’ll perform this weekend, but we’re scoring good points at Spa, which is also a circuit with less downforce.”
