It is the artist Raghda who, although she has divine gifts, her relationship with men often did not exceed rumors and a single marriage story, in addition to a famous love story with the late artist Ahmed Zaki.
She was born in Aleppo, Syria, to a Syrian father and mother. She came to Egypt in 1980 to complete her studies in Arabic literature at the Faculty of Arts, Cairo University, and turned to acting.

The most prominent relationship in the life of the artist Raghda remains her relationship with Ahmed Zaki, which everyone talked about, and despite that, they did not get married, and in one of the television interviews, Raghda said: “Ahmed Zaki did not need to talk to understand him, and the state of love between us was different. The chemistry between us was on a technical and personal level as well.”
Raghda spoke about the great imprint that Ahmed Zaki left in her artistic career, and that her “cinematic glow” was after her participation Ahmed Zaki, knowing that the number of films that she participated in was only 4.
In the same interview, Raghda spoke about that Ahmed Zaki offered her to marry during the last days of his life, noting that she rejected this proposal,
So that it would not be said that she was taking care of him in this case, considering that he is her husband, and she added that “she no longer cares about people’s words as much as she is keen to take care of the late in his ordeal.”
In another interview, Raghda said that what she did with the artist Ahmed Zaki was nothing but the fulfillment of the vow of loyalty between them, as the duo made a vow to themselves to stand side by side in times of adversity and adversity,
And many demanded to know the nature of the relationship between them, so what motivates an artist like Raghda to leave her home and stay next to Zaki during his illness for 14 months?
In another interview, Raghda said that Ahmed Zaki’s marriage proposal was aimed at protecting her from people’s words, as he was dying and offering me a marriage proposal for fear of rumors.

Rumors did not leave the artist Raghda like other artists, as her relationship with the late Iraqi President Saddam Hussein was the most prominent, and her relationship with Iraq began in the early nineties,
When she went there to play a humanitarian community role with the children, and stipulated that she would not deal with any Iraqi official throughout her humanitarian work in Iraq and refused to meet with the late President Saddam Hussein, which exposed her to an assassination attempt by his son “Uday”,
But with the arrival of the Muhammad Sobhi band to Iraq in the early 2000s, it was officially invited to attend the meeting with President Saddam, and that was the only meeting he had with him.

I was the coordinator of the popular delegation that traveled to Iraq on the first plane in order to break the siege on Iraq, so I was given the choice of either this visit or separation, so I chose to go to Iraq and separated from it.”
