A group of parents of children who attend a public kindergarten in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo denounced three teachers for alleged sexual abuse of their children and a teacher had been removed from her post. According to her investigation, the teacher rewarded the minors with sweets so that they undressed and let them caress her body. There could be three teachers involved.
Mariela, mother of a child from the garden located at Darregueyra 2369, told C5N: “I meet a mother at the doctor and she tells me that her son told her that he is playing a game with the teacher that he doesn’t like. It consisted of dancing and having the lower part of their clothes lowered.”

Following the story, she added that, as a consequence of these abuses, her son has nightmares and pees while sleeping. “What I ask is that everyone be investigated,” she demanded. “My son is in room 4, but he has been with this teacher since room 3. She asked to change rooms to continue with the same group,” he said.
According to the record, the teacher would have implemented a system of prizes among the victims of abuse. In exchange for the little ones paying attention to her, the teacher offered them sweets to eat and those who didn’t, she sent them to the sandbox.

The mothers and fathers asked that the teacher be present and explain what happened when the kindergarten staff tried to make the woman escape through the back door.
“They didn’t want to call her and there came a time when we complained about her continuing to teach three or four-year-old children. The director went to the living room and wanted to remove her from the garden. We want that teacher to show her face and tell us what happened to our children,” said one of the parents.
Another of the parents present denounced that they were “letting the teacher escape” when the parents detained her and left her inside the school. A few minutes later, officials from the General Directorate of Schools arrived at the scene, although they did not provide explanations: “They only told us that the teachers are going to be removed from their positions and they are going to investigate them,” said one of the parents before the cameras.

Dulce, one of the girl’s mothers commented in a dialogue with C5N: “I asked my daughter to tell me the little secret they had with the teacher” and there she sang me the song that said “drop your pants and panties.”
Upon entering the garden, parents found it suspicious that the windows in several rooms are boarded up. The same with the library, where a curtain divided the room in two. Regarding the alleged mechanics of the reported abuse, the woman told the Télam agency that “some boys took a nap, others played with the teacher and those who did not want to participate were sent to the sandbox.”
It is a complex investigation since the victims are only 4 years old. The case is filed in the National Criminal and Correctional Court No. 26, in charge of Judge Ignacio Kirszenbaum.

Then he denounced the authorities for complicity. “They still haven’t given me the pass to change my daughter’s school,” she emphasized.
Mariela, one of the mothers of the victims, explained that there are three teachers targeted: C., Y. and L., the latter the head of the room of 4. In addition, she asked that the boys be relocated to other schools because They still don’t get vacancies.
