On October 8, in the De Cartier metro station in Marchienne-au-Pont, surveillance camera images captured “an animal report”, according to the Charleroi prosecutor’s office.

Mohamed, according to the transcription of the images by the police, “jumped” on his victim to attack him on the rails by striking him no less than six stab wounds, in the knee, the back and the buttocks while she was held down by Mohamed and Amine, his sidekick. A witness to the facts describes the two defendants as being “possessed”.

The next day, the carolo police intervened in a house because Amine, Mohamed’s sidekick and aggressor during the first scene, was stabbed by Mohamed. A dispute over narcotics seems to be at the origin of the scene. On the spot, the police found the small dealer’s kit in a satchel: 62g of cocaine, €1,154, a precision scale and a mobile phone.

Mohamed, a user of cocaine, heroin and drugs, disputed being a salesman of white powder. In a state of recidivism, the man from Morocco receives a heavy sentence of 7 years in prison for all of his work.

Amine, aggressor and victim, receives by default the prison sentence required by the prosecution: 6 years. His immediate arrest was also ordered following the judgment.
