LONDON, UK (CNN)–Princes William and Harry walked outside Windsor Castle on Saturday, marking the first time fans have seen the two brothers together since the Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June.
Prince Harry and his wife Megan Markle joined Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton, as the four went out together to see the flowers and condolence messages left by the public in honor of the late Queen Elizabeth II, and then proceeded to greet the crowd at the gates of Windsor Castle.
CNN property correspondent Max Foster commented: “I was surprised to see the ‘Sussex’ (Harry and his wife) there too. There have been so many seismic moments in real history over the past couple of days. This is definitely one of them.”
Foster added: “There has been this ongoing tension between Harry and William… I don’t know if this has been resolved, but it has been resolved enough to the point where they can appear together in public. It’s a huge moment, and it will be very well received by the fans.”
