A video of a police officer quickly subduing a woman who entered the police station with a weapon held to her neck is becoming a hot topic. It took less than three seconds for the police officer to approach the woman and snatch her weapon.
According to a video released by Gangseo Police Station in Seoul on the 15th, the incident took place at Kkachisan District University on September 25th. Meanwhile, the woman was found to have been drunk at the time and committed a violent attack with a weapon, and was sent without detention on charges of drunken disorder in a government office under the Misdemeanor Punishment Act. She was hospitalized at risk of further self-harm, but was reportedly discharged the same day.
