Sharp launched the mid-range “star machine” Aquos Sense7 in Taiwan – Engadget Chinese version

Sharp

Sharp, which has not launched a new machine for the Taiwan market for a long time, today brought a mid-range machine of the sense series sense7. Sharp called this model a “mid-priced mobile phone equipped with a digital camera specification close to the flagship model”, which means that it is a mid-range phone that focuses on taking pictures, equipped with a 1/1.55-inch sensor and a ProPix4 image engine. The display screen is naturally also Sharp’s strong point. Its 6.1-inch IGZO OLED screen has a peak brightness of up to 1,300 nits.

In terms of specific specifications, sense7 is equipped with a Snapdragon 695 processor, 6GB RAM, 128GB storage space and a 4,570mAh battery. It weighs 158g and is IP68 waterproof and dustproof, and meets the MIL-STD-810G military specification. Its main mirror is 50.3MP, and there is only one 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and the front lens is also 8MP. What’s more interesting is that it is the first time in the Aquos series to support facial recognition unlocking while wearing a mask. This is convenient, but I don’t know if the security performance will be affected.

Only graphite black is available in Taiwan, priced at NT$12,990, and it will go on sale on December 1st.
