Ehab Saleh, the director of the artist, Sherine Abdel Wahab, confirmed that the latter’s health is good after she fell on the stage of her concert in Dubai, on Friday evening.
Saleh said on his Twitter account: “Sherine’s fans, I always know that you are a support and support for her..but I never imagined that you are of this size and greatness seriously, God willing..I want to assure you that Sherine is fine..and she was discharged from the hospital after some examinations and rumors on her legs .. After she braved herself to complete the ceremony successfully .. Thank you very much for all this love and support. And Sherine was exposed to an embarrassing situation during her concert in Dubai, after she fell on the stage when she was falling backwards because of the headphones, and she said after her fall: “The social media reel will hold you at the moment I fall on the stage … but only the smart one will fall.”
And the artist joked with her audience, saying: “Look at how blue my legs are..I will ask for a large compensation. Let us secure the future of the children.” During the press conference that followed the ceremony, the owner of the song “Ah Ya Lail” talked about the reasons for her distance from the audience and her lack of communication through social networking sites, in addition to her plan for concerts and songs during the coming period. The artist said jokingly at the conference: “I ask the presidents and kings of Arab countries to gift me an apartment in each country, and I stay in each country for a month throughout the year.”
She added, “My spontaneity causes me problems, but it has become my distinguishing mark, and I see that there are many imitating me now.” And she continued, “My daughters refused to go on stage with me, and my daughter Maryam is a skilled musician and does not like fame, and I think her opinion is correct.” And she revealed: “I was completely isolated during the last period from my social media accounts, and I was subjected to fraud from Muhammad Al-Shaer, who was managing my accounts, and soon I will recover them.” And she continued her speech that she dreams of performing a concert in Syria, hoping that they will give her offers to perform concerts there. She explained: “I present the story of my life and my artistic career in a documentary film on the global Netflix platform, and none of my daughters will embody my childhood personality. Because they are older than childhood.” And she concluded: “I found it difficult for myself to fall on the stage, not because of the injury, but the pioneers of social networking sites will present the scene instead of the party.”
