The case of a female politician in Thailand infidelity with her adopted son who is also a monk has shocked the public. The 45-year-old woman and her 24-year-old son were even caught in bed together.
The affair scandal between politician Prapaporn Choeiwadkoh and her adopted child Phra Maha has been suspected by her husband, Ti. The husband traveled five hours to catch his wife cheating, and managed to record the scene on camera.
The couple adopted Phra last year from a temple after Prapaporn felt sorry for him. Ti now accused the monk of seducing his wife.
This scandal not only shocked the Thai public, but also attracted the attention of social media in Asia. Many commented that this situation would be considered absurd if it were used as a story in a television drama.

The third commenter referred to the video showing Ti finding his wife lying naked with Phra under a blanket. Rebuking his wife, Ti asked: “Are you two happy?” His wife defended herself, claiming that they did not have sex and were just talking.
Meanwhile, Phra also defended himself, saying: “Nothing happened.” He claims that he sought out Prapaporn to help him with his personal problems.
After the discovery, Ti expressed his anger. He was disappointed because all this time his wife had always been pampered by him.
“I was very angry when I found them together. I felt very betrayed. I had bought him gold and given him lots of gifts,” said Ti, as quoted by the South China Morning Post.
Prapaporn also known as Madam Ple’ is a famous politician from Sukhothai, a province in central Thailand. He currently serves as president of the local board of trade and has been a member of the Democratic Party since March of last year. Prapaporn has been suspended by the party due to the sensational scandal.
