Cairo – Masrawy:
The prices of fresh red meat decreased significantly in the market today, Friday, and the price per kilo fell by more than 8 pounds compared to yesterday’s prices, according to government website data.
The prices of packaged pasta, lentils and oils increased, while the price of rice declined compared to yesterday’s prices.
Masrawy monitors the average prices of the most important commodities in the market today, according to the data of the local and international price portal of the Cabinet Information Center, which may differ from price levels in some regions of the Republic, and the prices are as follows:
Commodity prices
A kilo of packaged rice: 22.67 pounds.
A kilo of packaged beans: 37.37 pounds, an increase of 1.36 pounds.
A kilo of packaged flour: 21.45 pounds, an increase of 1.38 pounds.
A liter of sunflower oil: 62.85 pounds, an increase of 62 piasters.
A kilo of packaged sugar: 19.68 pounds.
A kilo of packaged pasta: 23.35 pounds, an increase of 1.53 pounds.
A kilo of packaged lentils: 49.07 pounds, an increase of 3.97 pounds.
A liter of crystal corn oil: 75.14 pounds, an increase of 3.58 pounds.
Municipal eggs (egg): 4.52 pounds.
A kilo of fresh meat: 248 pounds, down by 8.8 pounds.
A kilo of fresh poultry: 100.07 pounds, an increase of 3.89 pounds.
A kilo of loose rice: 22.5 pounds, one pound less.
A kilo of loose beans: 33.17 pounds, down 3 pounds.
A kilo of white cheese: 92.21 pounds, an increase of 4.19 pounds.
A kilo of turkey cheese: 174.54 pounds, a decrease of 22 piasters.
A liter of bulk milk: 20.71 pounds, an increase of 2.81 pounds.
A liter of bottled milk: 25.78 pounds.
