SIHF announces provisional squad for U20 World Cup 2022

The Swiss Ice Hockey Federation SIHF on Thursday announced its provisional roster for the 2022 IIHF U20 World Junior Championships, taking place from December 26 to January 5 in Edmonton, Canada, and Red Deer. The Swiss U20 team will start preparing for the tournament on December 13th. Just two days later she will travel to Canada, where she will play three preparatory games against Canada (December 19), Germany (December 21) and the Czech Republic (December 23).

In their opening game at the U20 World Cup on December 27, Switzerland will meet Russia. Their other group opponents are the USA (December 28), Slovakia (December 30) and Sweden (December 31).
