Previous closed testing phases and an appearance at Gamescom had left open speculation that the title required more development time, with the common conversation noting that the structure recalls Genshin Impact while the detective work gives it a distinct flavor, as the Push Square editor highlighted after testing a demo that showcased visual production levels. Elementa charted a different course, scheduling the worldwide rollout just weeks after the October 31 announcement.
Victorian Architecture and Liquid Silver Drive the Detective Mechanics
Set within the enigmatic Victorian-inspired metropolis of Silvernia, the free-to-play gacha title centers around a city built around a mysterious resource known as liquid silver. Players assume the role of a detective tasked with investigating bizarre occurrences, interviewing citizens, gathering clues, and distinguishing humans from monsters in disguise, summarized by Elementa’s official description in four verbs: relate, investigate, judge, or fight. Exploration pairs on-foot investigation with classic automobiles and a flying celestial horse capable of traversing city districts from the air.
Combat runs in real-time utilizing Unreal Engine 5. Mechanics include parries, evasions, skill chains, and mid-combat character switching, punctuated by cinematic sequences for ultimate attacks. Alongside combat encounters, players manage local business investments, interact with a wide cast of companions, and visit cafes, with the official release arriving with texts in 12 languages.
Platform Availability and AGF 2026 Schedule Precede Launch
PC players will access the title through a dedicated client and the Epic Games Store, while mobile users will download via the App Store and Google Play. Console availability is restricted exclusively to PlayStation 5, omitting Xbox and Nintendo Switch platforms, with players able to register on the official website or in each store.
