At the Marina Bay Urban Circuit, the man from Tapato signed a time of 2:02:20.238, beating Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr. from Ferrari. A fundamental victory towards two of the great events of Checo in the campaign: the United States and Mexico.
“It’s my best performance. I controlled the race, the last three laps were very intense, I didn’t feel it inside the car, but I did when I got out of it. I pushed everything to win,” Sergio said after the positive result.
