The artist, Hanan, expressed her deep sorrow after the death of the artist, Alaa Abdel-Khaleq, who left our world in the early hours of Tuesday morning, at the age of 59, after a long journey of suffering with illness.
She added, during a telephone interview with her on the “From Egypt” program, broadcast on the “CBC” channel, on Tuesday evening, that the late artist had good manners and respect, confirming that she missed a brother and a friend of her life, who was like the third side in the group of friends that It was founded by the late musician Ammar Al-Sharie’i in 1980, and it was one of its members alongside the artist Alaa Abdel-Khalek and the artist Mona Abdel-Ghani.
She pointed out that she does not imagine meeting the Friends Band again without the artist Alaa Abdel-Khaleq, noting that she does not object to God’s judgment and destiny, but it is a difficult feeling for her, and the audience’s love and supplication for him warmed her heart because he is a character who deserves this love.
And she stressed that he is a very polite person and did not get into trouble with any of his colleagues or other people outside the center, stressing that she felt his great position inside her today and that a good biography and love for people is the most thing that remains from a person after his death.
And she asked the audience and fans of the artist, Alaa Abdel-Khaleq, to pray for him, calling on God Almighty to shower him with the abundance of his mercy, forgive him, and dwell him in his vast paradise.
A large number of art stars shared the body of the artist, Alaa Abdel Khaleq, to his final resting place, and performed the funeral prayer for him at the Police Mosque in Sheikh Zayed.
