Skull & Bones was announced years ago by Ubisoft with high hopes, but the release was repeatedly delayed and the game was not doing well for a long time. Now the title seems to be nearing completion after all, because the company has now announced a big reveal event for the pirate epic.
The pirate adventure is supposed to start this week Skull & Bones from Ubisoft will be presented again and in great detail to the public. The developer and publisher has announced a reveal event for tomorrow, Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 7 p.m.
After a long silence about the pirate spin-off inspired by the naval battles in Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag, tomorrow it will finally release “new gameplay”, as well as impressions of the “unique approach to piracy” and “exclusive insights behind the scenes with developers”.
While the main show starts at 7:00 p.m., the stream starts at 6:45 p.m. with a pre-show that is said to be “full of surprises”; one or the other announcement should be made by Ubisoft in advance.
Skull & Bones was originally announced at E3 2017 and should be released fairly soon. The release kept getting pushed back and the development work had to start again several times earlier. Now Ubisoft finally seems to have landed on the right path. There was a leak last week, according to which the release could take place this year on November 8, 2022.
