Al-Marsad Newspaper: Consultant cardiologist, Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr, warned patients with heart disease, diabetes, kidney failure, and those who suffer from obesity, against eating too much meat and alcohol during the Eid days.

Al-Nimr said in a tweet on his Twitter account: “For patients with heart, diabetes, kidney failure, and those who suffer from obesity: Enjoy the feast with people, but do not eat too much meat, liver, and muqalqal, because:

1 / raise the level of triglycerides

2 / raise cholesterol

3 / raise uric salt in blood

4 / Increase gout attacks in the joints.
