In France, the National Assembly voted, Thursday, the obligation for social networks to verify the agreement of the parents for the registration of young people under 15 years old. Adopted almost unanimously, this bill is one of the links in a series of initiatives aimed at regulating the digital uses of children. But for what purpose and, above all, can this really be applied?
