Asunción, IP Agency.-The National Sports Secretary began the socialization process of the National School and Student Games (JEEN) 2024, with the aim of informing and updating technicians and delegates regarding the regulations and news of this new season.
The activities took place in the towns of Carmelo Peralta (Department of Alto Paraguay) and Encarnación (Department of Itapúa), to share important details with the sports and educational community.
Among the main updates, it stands out that the Student category (15 to 17 years old) will have participation until the National phase, expanding its scope compared to previous years where it ended in the departmental phase.
Likewise, the School category (12 to 14 years old) will compete until the national phase and the champions will have the opportunity to represent the country in the 2024 South American School Games, which will take place in the city of Bucaramanga, Colombia.
This socialization process will be extended to the 17 departments of the country throughout the month, allowing all participants to be duly informed before the start of the municipal competitions.
