A shutdown of the servers in a few months
Today we learned via a blog post that the end of Spellbreak was unfortunately scheduled for soon.
After more than four years of elemental magic and spell combinations, we have made the decision to discontinue development of Spellbreak. The servers will be off at the start of 2023. Thanks to the millions of players who have joined us since 2018, it’s been a great adventure.
Our vision was to create a new multiplayer action and spellcasting game with an exceptional movement system and class customization, which could allow players to unleash their inner mage. We thank each member of the community for exploring these magical worlds and experiences that we have created together. Spellbreak was an ambitious project that saw our team push new boundaries in terms of design and development, and we’re excited to continue to innovate creating new titles in the future.
Notice to success hunters, you only have a few months left, at least six to complete the entire Spellbreak, some of them will no longer be available after the servers are shut down. You can download the game on the Microsoft Store.
