I believe that being surrounded by such talented players and coaches will push me to improve every day. The emphasis on training and development here at Sporting is truly world-class, and I am eager to learn from the best.
You’ve mentioned Sporting’s history and legacy. Are there any particular figures from the club’s past who you admire?
Of course! Cristiano Ronaldo is obviously a huge inspiration to me. His journey from Sporting to becoming one of the greatest players of all time is truly remarkable. It shows what is possible with hard work, dedication, and belief.
Your playing style has been compared to Nordic striker Viktor Gyökeres. How would you describe your strengths on the field?
We are similar in that we are tall, strong, and we like to score goals! I try to work the defenses, make runs alongside my colleagues, and use my speed to get behind the opposition. I’m also always looking for openings in the back of the opposing defense.
What are your goals for the coming season with Sporting CP?
My main goal is to learn and develop as a player. I want to contribute to the success of the team and show everyone what I am capable of. Hopefully, I can score some goals along the way!
