There were no newcomers in the summer either. So why the increase in performance?
The reason probably lies precisely in this serenity and successful self-assessment. Pirawarth has been in the league since the regional league relegation in 2009 and is therefore “League Dino” behind Poysdorf. Sometimes you were further ahead, sometimes further behind. Always with calm and a large stock of homegrown products, which were not all noble technicians, but guarantee full identification. The fact that legionnaires often stay with the club forever says something.
This time it looks as if the current squad could manage another breakaway to the top. And even if not, the nine-point lead over a direct rival such as Zistersdorf is worth a lot.
