SRI and dematerialized credit notes

Although it is true that the Internal Revenue Services (SRI) have several legal regulations, such as laws, regulations and resolutions to make the VAT refund to the elderly, disabled and taxpayers who request the refund of the income tax for overpayments, these have not been complied with since November 2021. The SRI argues that they have already reported the resolutions for the return of securities to taxpayers to the Ministry of Finance, and it is the responsibility of this government portfolio to pay correspondent. It has been heard by the media that the Central Government fiscal box is not available to comply with these obligations that by law correspond to the claimants. I recommend to the tax control entity to apply Resolution No. NACDGERCGC21-00000051 of December 9, 2021 of the same SRI, which indicates the rules for issuing Dematerialized Credit Notes, for which they have to urgently reactivate on the website from the tax institution the option to request Dematerialized Credit Notes. Once this financial document is in the possession of each taxpayer, they can trade it at the Brokerage Houses of their choice and receive the money in cash.
