Starting this Saturday, the urban ticket in Río Cuarto costs $700

Los Rio Cuartenses woke up this Saturday with a new increase. As of today, using urban passenger transportation costs $700.

The Undersecretary of Transportation of the Government of Río Cuarto reported that, making use of the powers conferred by ordinances 232/22 and 654/23, and in order to guarantee the provision of the urban passenger transportation service, a resolution has been issued through which defines an increase in the price of the ticket.

This provision was executed after proposals from the company providing the service in Río Cuarto. Until Friday, using the service cost $340. Today, the service had an increase of more than 100% ($360) and the ticket stands at $700.

Before the execution of the fare, Mayor Juan Manuel Llamosas had anticipated that the cost of the ticket would range between $600 and $700.
