The citizen was helped following being shot, but died before entering the emergency room.
An official was shot to death this Saturday, December 31, while he was in front of the Aragueño Youth Institute (Insajuv), of the Aragonese entity.
The man belonged to the Bolivarian Police of Aragua (PBA) and held the position of attached supervisor.
As reported, the man was riding a motorcycle through the Parque Aragua Urbanization, when armed subjects intercepted him and shot at him. The report indicated that the attackers stole the service weapon and left the seriously injured victim at the site.
The family, minutes before, had asked the deceased not to leave his house, since he had received a call to deliver a meal in the Parque Aragua urbanization, in the city of Maracay.
Once the crime was committed, the citizen was helped and taken to the Central Hospital of Maracay. He but he died before entering the emergency room.
