Al-Marsad Newspaper: The General Authority for State Real Estate has made amendments to the terms of accepting applications on the Ikkim platform.
Adjustments
The amendments included submitting applications even before 5/5/1444 AH, following approving the extension, and limiting the recommendation to the actual liveable area, as indicated by the nearest “aerial or space” photographer, clear to 11/11/1387 AH, and approved by the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information.

Adjustments by “city” include; Documents that can be approved in proving ownership, judgments, decisions, and deeds issued by the courts and notaries proving seizing the property without proving ownership, including sales deed, evidence of ruins, litigation deed, conciliation deed, proving jurisdiction, settlement, and neighboring deed, Temporary title deeds and grants and feudal orders issued by the Supreme Court.
