Status of home health providers

« Art. L.6323-6. – The home healthcare provider implements, on medical prescription, care for the sick, the elderly or people with disabilities, at their home or where they live, combining the supply of a device medical equipment or medical equipment, the provision of medical-technical and administrative services and support for the patient at his or her place of residence in conjunction with the prescribing doctor, city health professionals and health establishments. He participates, including remotely, in various actions, particularly in terms of coordination, prevention, health education, training and treatment monitoring.
