Fast food is food that destroys health. And lead to many diseases. Let’s get acquainted with the most important harms of fast food as follows:

Fast food containing a large proportion of calories can cause weight gain. And thus obesity. This may put people at risk of developing respiratory problems, especially asthma and shortness of breath.

Eating fast food in large quantities may lead to weight gain. Thus increasing the pressure on the heart and lungs. Difficulty breathing when walking. And going up the stairs. And when making any effort, even a little.

Carbohydrates and sugars in fast food increase the acidity in the mouth. Thus, it breaks down the enamel of the teeth. It also causes the accumulation of bacteria. which cause decay.
