The staff of the thermal baths of Luchon are called to strike, at the call in particular of the CGT, this Monday, September 12. The conditions of the takeover of the establishment by Arendadour are indeed worrying the employees. The recovery of the laundry, for example, is not yet recorded.
The fear of the personnel mobilized is that “the support functions” of the thermal baths are subcontracted. The people hired by the subcontractors would then be less paid and with more precarious statuses. The rallying point was fixed at 9 a.m. at the Laundry des Thermes, in Saint-Mamet, Quai Filhol.
