A 15-year-old student was arrested on Friday March 15 after threatening, without hurting her, the principal of the Edouard-Herriot college in Chenôve (Côte-d’Or), in the suburbs of Dijon, with a kitchen knife. A letter mentioning the 2015 attacks, a threat with a knife
The events took place early yesterday afternoon. The schoolboy, excluded a few days earlier from the establishment for disciplinary problems, first showed up in an English class, before being redirected to the principal’s office, according to information from BFMTV .

Before his recent exclusion from the Edouard-Herriot college in Chenôve, the young suspect had already been excluded from another school.

The teaching staff were traumatized by the assassination of history professor Samuel Paty in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine (Yvelines) in 2020 and that of French professor Dominique Bernard stabbed to death in Arras in September.
