Pandora Gate is a scandal concerning the sexual abuse of minors by the most popular YouTubers in Poland. One of the main suspects in the case is Stuart B. or Stuu.
The prosecutor’s office accused him of sexually abusing a teenager under 15 and giving minors alcohol. These are serious crimes. The penalty is up to 15 years of imprisonment. On October 14, 2023, the then Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro informed the media that the main suspect in Pandora Gate, Stuart B., i.e. YouTuber Stuu, was detained in Great Britain. Poland then initiated extradition proceedings.
— The court emphasized that the evidence collected at this stage by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw indicates a high probability that Stuart B. committed the acts he is accused of. The District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw also obtained a warrant for his arrest issued by the District Court in Warsaw, replacing an extradition request in contacts with this country (Great Britain – editor’s note). An arrest warrant with a request to surrender the suspect to the Polish justice system has already been forwarded to the British authorities. We are currently waiting for the decision of the British court, which will consider our application to extradite the suspect to Poland, said the spokesman of the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office, Prosecutor Szymon Banna, in October 2023.
Stuu’s mother: the trial has already taken place
“Superwizjer” reporters found Stuu in Luton. When they knocked on the door of the house where he currently lives, the YouTuber’s mother opened it. She told us what stage her son’s case is at.
– In Poland they want it to be a hurray, but here is the procedure. In England, it’s not like they send someone to hell without checking what’s going on or what’s going on. So there was this hearing and now we are waiting for the result, and then we will appeal, at most. And only when we get a decision that he can stay here, we will take care of everything there one by one – Stuu’s mother confessed.
The woman also said she had no money for treatment.
— Financially, we are completely behind because my health has deteriorated and we don’t have the money for private treatment. But we hope that everything will be sorted out somehow. Everything is twisted, she said.
Her son, Stuart B., was not as talkative as his mother. He did not come out to the journalists, but shouted from inside the house:
— Mom, come here, I don’t want to talk. Thank you. Should I call the police that you’re harassing me in my own home? If I wanted to talk, I would talk to someone. Thank you. If I wanted to say something, I would have said it already. I’ll tell you when there’s time for it. Mom, come here.
