On Sunday October 23, as part of Pink October, the charity concert organized in the church of Caissargues, decked out in pink for the occasion, by the Se canta and Caissarg’toncoeur associations, was a huge success.
“The public was won over by the choice of songs by late artists, Trenet, Piaf, Bécaud, Moustaki, Barbara, via Balavoine, Berger and Bachelet, brilliantly performed by Michel Diniakos. We also thank our two young people, Sabine and Jean, who sang pieces of emblematic musicals as a duo.”tell the volunteers of the two associations.
All profits from the concert will be donated to the Gard Cancer League. “The handover of the funds will be made officially in the presence of a representative of the League at a later date”say the organizers.
