Al-Marsad newspaper: A Saudi citizen residing in Kuwait expressed, during a video clip, his astonishment at the value of the large traffic fines on his car that he paid before leaving the Kuwaiti border, which amounted to 460 Kuwaiti dinars, which is equivalent to (approximately 5,520 Saudi riyals).
The Saudi citizen said during the video that he was surprised by 9 other violations amounting to 270 Kuwaiti dinars, which is equivalent to (approximately 3,240 Saudi riyals).
