Placed at the end of Bussigny, on the edge of a still congested motorway, the old Veillon site – the name reminiscent of the thick mail order catalogs of yesteryear – has long been nothing more than a concrete carcass. An industrial wasteland like the west of Lausanne has known so many and which awaits its demolition to make way for a new district.
