It is reported that CEO Marsh and some T1 employees arbitrarily uploaded the players’ personal lives, tournament schedules, and club management plans to this chat room that were not shared with other fans.
In particular, a T1 employee mentioned his player and said, “He will take a body profile picture at the end of the season,” and CEO Marsh said, “Who’s going to spray oil on his body? Those who signed up for T1 paid membership demanded an official explanation at the club level, saying that the CEO directly communicated with a small number of fans through unofficial channels and disclosed his private life without the consent of the players, saying it was a “fan deception.”
Some fans applied for damage relief to the Korea Consumer Agency or reported to the SK Group ethical management site, which has T1 as an affiliate.
T1 canceled all streaming of the LoL team players scheduled for the day before the start of the LCK Summer Playoffs.

As the controversy did not subside, CEO Marsh posted an apology on Twitter this morning, saying, “A few T1 employees, including myself, participated in a private fan discord server and shared information and photos that they were able to have because they were insiders.” “No excuses.” It was the wrong thing to do,” he said.
He added, “(I) made inappropriate remarks about the player who was accused of sexual harassment, and I sincerely apologized (to the player).”
CEO Marsh said, “After consulting with the company, I have decided to receive a 6-month salary reduction, and I promise that I will not make any private comments about the team on any channels. All employees on the Discord server in question will also be referred to the disciplinary committee. “I am sorry for causing concern to the team and fans with an unfortunate incident,” he concluded.
