A Targus finally announced the backpack launch Cypress Hero. network/app integrated Look for (Find My)which was first unveiled in late 2021 and later shown at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2022.
In addition to the ability to be tracked directly via the Find My app on iPhones, iPads and Macs, the backpack combines eco-friendly materials and features a design that protects laptops and other devices.
We designed this innovative backpack with a locator built into the Find My for today’s eco-conscious consumers who need an easier way to organize, protect and keep track of the devices and personal items they carry every day. Unlike other localization modules that can be easily removed, the localization module compatible with Find My it is highly integrated into the pack, making it difficult to remove. The backpack is also made with GRS-certified recycled materials, making it smarter for the planet.
Design-wise, the Cypress Hero features adjustable shoulder straps and a padded back trim to ensure a comfortable fit, as well as a handle for easy carrying in luggage with a pull handle.
In addition, it has a capacity of up to 22L and has a padded compartment for laptops up to 15.6 inches, as well as a main compartment for files and gear, a smaller pocket for accessories and a front pocket.
As for the location module included, it uses a CR2032 type battery — similar to the one the AirTag requires — which lasts up to 300 days, depending on use.
Cypress Hero is available from the Targus online store by US$150 and at select retailers in Canada and the United States, as well as countries in Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
