The Lebanese actor, Tariq Sweid, shared with his followers on social media his suffering and some details regarding his mental health and what he went through in the past period.
Tariq published a picture of her, which I attached to the following comment: “These two years were the most difficult two years in my life because of generalized anxiety disorder and my mental health. I felt the world standing in me and I was confused regarding my excretion.. But I don’t know why today I have a feeling that everything will be fine.. I don’t know Why in our Arab societies are we talking regarding everything except mental health?
And he continued, “I know that I am alone and that many others are fighting every day and every minute, and for each of us I want to say that you are strong and a warrior and you will reach and become comfortable.
