Taylor Swift Ties Rihanna for Billboard Pop Airplay Top 10 Record

Taylor Swift has tied Rihanna for the most top 10 entries in the history of Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart with 30 each, as her single “Patient Zero” climbs three spots to No. 10 on the list dated Oct. 31, billboard.com reported.

The milestone places Swift and Rihanna side by side at the top of the radio survey, which tracks weekly plays on nearly 150 U.S. mainstream top 40 stations as tabulated by Mediabase and provided by Luminate. Beyond their matching counts of top 10 singles, the two artists are tied for the most overall appearances on the 40-position chart with 52 entries each. Billboard.com noted that while the two share the record for total top 10s, Swift holds the record for the most Pop Airplay No. 1 hits with 16.
