London ∙ Two 12-year-old boys have been charged in connection with the murder of a 19-year-old boy in Wolverhampton, near the UK West Midlands. 19-year-old Shawn Seesah was killed on Laburnum Road in East Park. An ambulance arrived immediately after the incident, but could not save his life.
