For his part, Major General Ahmed Rashid, Governor of Giza, directed that the work schedule be adhered to and that the water be re-pumped in its natural way after the completion of the required connection works.
The governorate noted that the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company will provide cars loaded with clean, potable water to move around the affected areas, and for emergencies, call the hotline 125 to meet their needs immediately.
