At the end of March 2023, Tesla finally opened orders for the new Model S and Model X, two larger electric vehicles in Taiwan! The most striking thing is that this open order also includes three-motor all-wheel drive,0-100 km/h in just 2.1 seconds for the Plaid version. It is understood that Tesla will deliver the first batch of limited deliveries in the second quarter of this year at the earliest (rumored to be May). The new Model S and Model X emphasize ultimate comfort, equipped with active adjustable damping and suspension systems with stronger shock absorption capabilities, and equipped with new tires to provide excellent road texture, grip and low rolling resistance.

Model S
The new Tesla Model S is equipped with three high-performance motors and carbon fiber-wrapped rotors, with a maximum of 1,020 horsepower and an extremely low drag coefficient of 0.208 Cd. The comfort package includes: navigation, electric folding rearview mirror, Internet radio, blind spot warning, driver’s seat with memory function (limited function without comfort upgrade).
In terms of car paint, the new Model S and Model X provide pearl white (multi-coating) color matching with no price increase, and an additional price of NT$49,000 can be purchased for pure black, night silver, and dark blue. The optional price is NT$97,000. For rims, Model S and Model S Plaid are equipped with 19-inch Tempest rims as standard, and 21-inch Arachnid rims can be upgraded at an additional price. The optional price is NT$145,000.
For the interior, Model S and Model X are equipped with all-black interiors (including carbon fiber panels) as standard, and black/white interiors (optional price NT$65,000) or off-white interiors (optional price NT$65,000) are also optional .
In addition, the new Model S and Model X are free to choose a traditional steering wheel or a Yoke steering wheel.
In the interior part, Model S and Model X are equipped with adjustable 17-inch 2200*1300 resolution screen, full color and excellent response, which can be tilted left or right, suitable for playing games and watching movies. A second display in front of the driver’s seat provides the most important vehicle driver information, including Full Self-Driving (FSD) visual images; a third display on the second-row seat screen provides additional entertainment and control options.
