That ‘Kadavaval’ in Rasikan said by Dileep; Do you remember this guy?

“Kadavaval may open at the bottom. Say dialogue” Dileep will never forget that little boy in Rasikan who made the audience laugh by saying a long dialogue before it was finished. The name of that child actor who was marked by a single scene is Harimurali. Although there was no specific name in the film, the name given by social media researchers was Unnikuttan. After ‘Razikan’, Annan came and went as Siddique’s younger brother in Thambi and Amar Akbar as Prithviraj’s younger brother in Anthony. He also acted as a child star in some serials. But then the audience had no knowledge about Harimurali. Manorama Online is once again bringing the star to the audience through ‘Ormayundo Ee Muyak’.

There have been many stars in Malayalam cinema who have become the favorite stars of the audience through small roles and single scenes. No one even knows where many are today. Manorama Online’s program ‘Ormayundo Ee Muyak’ is finding such people and bringing them to the audience once again.

Did you stop acting? Where are you now?

I stopped acting at the age of fifteen. Such a decision was made when I started to feel that acting was affecting my studies. Amar played a role in Akbar Anthony because of his relationship with Vishnu Chetan and Bibin Chetan. Later all studies were in Bangalore.. After that I went to UAE due to work. Now in the country. I am a VFX artist. The current program is editing and writing

That dialogue was Dileepatten’s idea

My father is a theater director and artist. I grew up in drama camps. So I was interested in acting from a young age. He went to speak a dialogue called Good Morning Teacher in a play scripted by his father’s friend. From there my acting career started. After that I got a call for another serial.. from the serial to the movie. I was 6 years old when I acted in my first movie Rasikan.

There were no other children acting at that age then. It was really lucky. It was noticed through the dialogue “Kadavaval” that the bottom door in Rasikan may also be opened. But that dialogue is not in the script and was added by Dileepatten during dubbing. In that scene Dilipetan is sitting leaning. If you look carefully, you will understand. Then, if Dileapetan had not felt like saying that, that dialogue and through it I would not have been a hit. My identity today is that dialogue. Samvrutha Chechi and I’s first film was ‘Rasikan’. We had a good relationship. Everyone used to pick me up on the sets because I was a kid. After Rasikan, he acted in films like Madambi, Don, Annan Thambi. But it was the character in Rasikaan that made the impact.

Children won’t even let me play.

Study was not the only reason for staying away from cinema, there are other reasons too. I started acting at a time when social media was not so familiar. That too at the age of four and a half. People were familiar with my face because of acting in the serial. This affected me personally. The children near the house wouldn’t even let me play. Even if they go to school, the children will stay away without speaking. The children saw me as something else. Sometimes it was the fear and hesitation that arose from the feeling that Jada was the person they wanted.

When I was traveling in the train, people came up to me and told me that I was watching the serial, and I was the only one who felt that why people were talking like this. Because he was not old enough to handle any of this. Because of this, I took the decision to stop acting. Thus came a big break in the career. The decision is to come back to cinema if there are good opportunities. Character is selected only by looking for good roles. People still like me. The wish is not to delete it.

Whether this movie wins or loses, it is yours

Mammooka is one of the people who inspired me in my film career. Mammootty or Mohanlal is a question people have been asking me since long. Then and now my answer is As an actor Mammooka, As a star Laletan. I played Siddiqui’s childhood as the villain in ‘Annan Thambi’. I also dubbed for Sonu and Monu, Mammooka’s childhood starrer. That day, when I was going for dubbing, Mammooka was coming down after dubbing.

Then Ika told me only one thing. Whether this film wins or loses, it is your responsibility. Because the movie starts with me showing my leg. Then I met Mammooka six years later. When he saw me that day, Mammooka recognized me and spoke to me. Mammooka is a person who remembers people so much. I think that is a wonderful quality of Mammooka.
