Starting from the comparison of international theories of film and television laws and the analysis of domestic practices, it analyzes the aspects involved in script creation, acting agency, filming and production, publicity and distribution, and screening and broadcasting. The legal issues and risks were analyzed, and the legislative gaps involving the film and television industry were analyzed. By interspersed with the analysis of domestic judicial cases, suggestions were put forward to fill the legal gaps, which received widespread attention and praise from the industry.
