Philadelphia city police arrested a woman from georgia on a background of The fatal stabbing incident of the Saudi scholar Al-Walid Al-Gharibi earlier this week.
Police said Nicole Marie Rodgers, 19, of Columbus, Georgia, is now in their custody.
