Rabat – Taxpayers required to declare their property income for the year 2022 and to pay the related tax before March 1, 2023, are invited to submit the annual declaration of property income according to the regime applied at the end of December 2022, indicates the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI).
These are articles 82 ter and 173-I of the General Tax Code in force on December 31, 2022, specifies the DGI in a press release.
For their part, property income collected from January 1, 2023 is subject to the new regime introduced by the 2023 Finance Law, as detailed in circular note No. 733 published on the Management portal, at address: www.tax.gov.ma, notes the same source.
