ADVICE – Rich in protein and low in calories, Greek yogurt every morning would help you lose belly fat, according to two dietetics experts.

However, making the right nutritional choices is essential according to two American dietitians, Trista Best and Krutika Nanavati. Oatmeal on the menu

Greek yogurt is usually eaten with jam, muesli or even a drizzle of honey. But to put an end to the bulges, dietician Trista Best recommends swapping these toppings for oatmeal: “Oats are an excellent source of fiber and nutrients that make them a healthy meal or snack.” A cereal also favored for its nourishing properties: “The fiber contained in oatmeal allows you to feel fuller for longer, which can prevent you from overeating throughout the morning,” explains the dietitian. For a healthy, savory alternative, the expert recommends topping oatmeal with tomatoes, eggs, mushrooms and spinach. All of this would of course be supplemented by a balanced diet and sporting activity.
